InCube company is currently Looking to hire an Intermediate implementation and support engineer.
Required skills and Responsibilities:
• Experience level ( 1- 3) years.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to InCube products, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Able to train the client end users and transfer all needed knowledge about InCube products.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge about SQL server.
• Ability to build several reports using the SQL server and visual studio tools .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
