An international GIS company is looking to hire developers of various specialties for our branch in Amman, 2-3 years of minimum experience is required, the applicant must possess knowledge of one or more of the following:
- web development, client & backend technologies. Classic JavaScript & popular frameworks such as jQuery &/or Dojo. Knowledge of basic web concepts & common protocols is a must. How to interact with & troubleshoot web services.
- Solid database background, (Oracle or MSSQL preferred), how to optimize performance & correctly normalize data & writing automation scripts.
- GIS developer (familiarity with ESRI products is an added advantage) building web/desktop based software, managing, tuning & troubleshooting ArcGIS server.
