Job Title: Software Development Manager (7 Years of Experience is a MUST)
Hiring: Immediately
Location: Amman – Jordan, BIS (Back Office – Telecommit INC)
Accountability / Responsibilities / Functions
Under the direction of the Managing Partner the Software Development Manager will be required to:
1. Contribute to BIS-Solutions coding standards improvement
2. Contribute to BIS-Solutions database standards improvement
3. Contribute to BIS-Solutions quality assurance standards improvement
4. Receive and understand software development request requirements
5. Determine and review software integration sheets
6. Define software development requests scope
7. Verify received software development requests technical aspect
8. Prepare software development request plan and schedule
9. Assign and manage request resources
10. Monitor and control software development requests under execution (including: issues, risks, change requests, technical standards, communications)
11. Manage request stakeholders

Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Knowledge
1. Graduate, preferably in computer science or computer information systems
2. Graduate degree in any related field is a plus
3. Project management certificates is a plus
4. Microsoft certificates is a plus
5. Excellent skills in VB.NET and SQL Server is a must
6. 7 relevant years of experience in ERP modules development industry using VB.net and SQL Server
7. Excellent knowledge in crystal reports is a must
8. Excellent knowledge in project management with relevant experience in project based organizations
9. Excellent English language
