A Leading IT Company in Amman-Jordan is looking to hire Office Admin, with below requirements:
Tasks & Duties:
- Follow up Daily Report, Prepare DR Summary then analysis DR summary & attendance sheet (Fingers print reports)
- Follow up Employee request (over times, personal Leave, permit, sick leave and offsite)
- Update Employee files, follow up expiry date of visa, passport …
- Health insurance (renewal policy, addition, deletion...)
- Pay office bills
- Office needs & Stationary
- Employee needs (laptops, mouse … programs)
- Follow up cleaning service
- Hotel reservation (training, visitors)
- Printing & Scanning (for Employee & Training)
- Update Quickbooks on daily basis (bank, invoices etc.)
- Send a reconciliation of the bank every morning
- Prepare summary of invoices and their scanned
documents at the end of each day
- Prepare the staff salary transfer letter at the beginning of each month
- Monthly report from Quickbooks, showing balance sheet, income statement & cash flow reports
- Prepare invoices for clients as requested
- Proper documents filing (bills, invoices, letters etc..)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration
- From 1-5 years of experience
- English language: very good
- Computer applications: MS office and can work on accounting programs such as Quickbooks
- Preferably Male
